The hood is made of black fabric and has an electrohydraulic mechanism that takes 20 seconds to complete the opening or closing manoeuvre. It is activated by two push buttons mounted in the console.

When the hood is folded it is collected in the same compartment as the engine. Four hydraulic cylinders are responsible for moving the roof and two others the bonnet, which is made of carbon fiber to reduce its weight.
